Use of 2000sqft studio, furniture, lobby with 70in Samsung TV, 8ft movable backdrop wall, plants, prop closet, H&MU room, huge wardrobe closet, amble free parking, wifi, coffee/drink station, chain backdrop system with seamless paper, V-flat with white and neutral gray, several fabric backdrops, and some photography equipment including hair/fabric fans, light stands, reflectors, extension cords, etc. Newly added: 2 continuous lights with 2 different modifiers!!
