Everything. The main studio floor, the H&MU room, the prop and wardrobe closet, continuous lighting, V-flat, all backdrop systems (mechanical roll, chain-hung paper, moveable wall), the IPS client lounge, WiFi, parking, and coffee for your clients. There are no add-on fees or surprise charges when you arrive. If it's in the studio, it's included in your rate.

Yes — standard bookings can be rescheduled with 14 days notice at no charge. Members have a 7-day reschedule window. Cancellations with 48+ hours notice receive a full refund. For same-day or last-minute changes, contact Trayce directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.

No. Continuous studio lights and a V-flat are included with every booking. The north-facing windows also provide exceptional natural light throughout the day. If you prefer to use your own strobe or flash setup, you're absolutely welcome to bring it — there are no restrictions on your own gear.

Absolutely. Entrepreneurs, business owners, content creators, and brands book the studio regularly to shoot their own content — product photos, Instagram content, reels, headshots, and brand imagery. You don't need to hire a photographer to use the space. The natural light and backdrop systems are designed to make DIY shoots look professional. For weekend bookings, 1–2 weeks in advance is recommended — those slots fill fastest. Weekday bookings can often be confirmed with just a few days notice. If you need something this week, submit a request and we'll let you know what's available. Last-minute requests are always welcome.
